PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item in your order is sold out, you will be notified via email and the amount of that item will be credited back to your account.

If you are ordering a custom size or style, please be sure to include an email address that you check regularly and your phone number and we will be in contact about production time and any design specifics.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

***We are limiting shipping to one day each week while we wait out COVID-19***

All orders are shipped by USPS. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed, unless it is a made to order or backordered item. Please email hello@annarey.com if you have special shipping needs. At this time we are only able to ship within the continental United States.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days for a refund or store credit. The amount credited does not include the cost of shipping or return shipping. Special orders, custom sizes and sale items are not returnable. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
